UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2022
- The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) successfully conducted the CDS 2 2022 written exam on September 4, 2022. For the three papers, English Language, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics, the Combined Defence Service – CDS offline exam was held in three shifts. Candidates who achieve a score higher than the CDS written exam cut-off will be invited to the SSB interview stage.

- There are three papers in the CDS examination, namely English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics. Each paper in the CDS examination has 4 sets named as SET ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’. However, after the CDS 2 2022 final exam results are announced, the UPSC will release the official answer keys for all sets.

- Candidates who will achieve the required cut-off marks in the UPSC CDS 2 2022 written exam will be invited to the Interview conducted by the Services Selection Board.
- Candidates are selected for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA) based on the final merit list, which is released by the UPSC after all phases of the exam are completed.
